Meal Plan: April 19th - April 20th

We had a busy weekend with the second dance competition of the season.  The girls and their groups did wonderful!  Hubby made this week's meal plan and then I came behind him to "clean it up".  AKA add veggies. ;)

This is what we are having for dinner this week:

Sunday - Roy Rogers Fund Raiser

Monday - Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Lo Mein 
Last week I asked for recipe ideas and lettuce wraps were suggested.  These lettuce wraps are so good they will make you dance.

I bought the Lo Mein from the prepared foods section of Wegmans but have made this recipe numerous times.













I made a Lettuce Wrap Salad for lunch with the leftovers.

Wednesday - Breakfast Dinner

Thursday - Pork Tenderloin and Acti-Fried Brussels Sprouts
I'm not sure how I'm cooking the tenderloin yet, guess I should figure that out.
These are the Brussels Sprouts I made over Christmas.  I still need to type up this recipe.  I need to find the notebook where I wrote it down.

Friday - Pizza
