About Me

Allison: Hi There, I'm Allison MacDonald. I coach people who want to start or continue their fitness journey. I show people how to add fitness and clean eating into their busy lifestyles so they can feel healthier. I started my fitness journey one year ago. I have been planning our meals for three years after completing Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. And when I'm not working I can be found reading cook books, cooking magazines, searching cooking websites. Other than that I can be found volunteering at my church or driving my girls to dance class.
